What is virtual training?

Virtual training as used in this ebook is the process of using virtual meeting and collaborative platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams (and many more) to deliver interactive training sessions. It involves people joining a session on an Internet-enabled device such as a desktop computer,  laptop, tablet, or even a mobile phone, where they are able to see and hear other people who joined the session and interact with them through various means such as chat, verbal conversations, using whiteboards and meeting in virtual breakout rooms.
